She is the owner and lead instructor at NeuroBloom Academy; dedicated to helping transform fitness-minded, active women and men, who are fed up with their nagging aches & pains, by creating permanent pain-free fitness for life, so that they can smash their fitness goals, and move on in their lives, enjoying a body they can finally trust!
Lonelle became a mother at the tender age of 15, was a single mom for 25 years with her son and daughter until she became wife to her husband Benjamin, and stepmom to 4 amazing boys! She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.
